Hi Returning Clients:
I hope this message finds you well.  I wanted to reach out and share an important update regarding sessions.
If it has been more than 7 years since your last appointment, we kindly ask that you begin again as a new client. This allows us to ensure that all records, goals, and approaches are fully up to date so we can provide the best possible service.
The rate for a new client session is $120.
We’re truly grateful for your past support and would love to work with you again. If you have any questions or would like to schedule your session, feel free to reach out.

No-Show and Last-Minute Cancellations Policy

Our online scheduling program sends out an email appointment reminder within 48 hours of your appointment, and a text message reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. 
Clients who do not show up for their appointment or who have a late cancellation (less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) will be charged a $25 No-Show Fee, and will not​ be rescheduled for further appointments.

We are aware that everyone has emergencies in their life but we are setting aside time for you and a quick call or text to let us know so we can fill that appointment time is appreciated.
