No-Show and Last Minute Cancellations Policy

Our online scheduling program sends out an email appointment reminder within 48 hours of your appointment, and a text message reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. 
Clients who do not show for their appointment or who have a late cancelation (less than 24hrs prior to scheduled appointment) will be charged a $25 No-Show Fee, and will not​ be rescheduled for further appointments.

We are aware that everyone has emergencies in their life but we are setting aside time for you and a quick call or text to let us know so we can fill that appointment time is appreciated.
